I have a group of people I need to sign up for classes. Can someone at OnCourse Learning help me register multiple people?

Yes, if you have a group of 5 or more people and need help signing them up for classes, you can email Jacob Gillock at jgillock@oncourselearning.com and he can assist you.

What are the system requirements for ProSchools online courses?

To access ProSchools online courses, you’ll need a computer and a reliable connection to the internet -either high-quality dial-up or (preferably) a broadband connection, such as cable or DSL. Additional requirements are listed below.

A course that I purchased does not appear in my account.

The online courses are instantly added to your account once your transaction is complete. If you can’t locate a course you’ve purchased, make certain that you are logging into the correct account. If you are unable to locate the correct account login information, contact our customer service staff at 800-452-4879, or at support@proschools.com

Is this the same course as last year?

No. We update our classes every year so you don’t have to worry about repeating the same class as last year.

Can I work on the course around my schedule?

Yes. Being that it is an online class, you can sign in and work on the material around your schedule. You do not need to complete it in one sitting.

What happens after I finish my course?

After you complete the final exam you will be able to print out a certificate of completion.
